Final Reflexion.

Wow quite a course.. i honestly dont know what to say.. this was quite a different experience for me, i have learned alot about how to make a blog and posting on it, also some interesting things in my carreer field such as job interviews, carreer tendency, how to make presentations, etc.

I must add that as there was many great things in the course there were also one or two thing i didnt like, the second life project to me was not interesting, joining a virtual reality to practially dress my character or getting stuck somewhere in the map is not fun, there is also the time factor, this wasnt my only subject so i didnt have enough time to really understand and learn how to do things in second life, maybe with the time to try it this could be nice. these are my two cents.

i enjoyed my time with Ms. Doris Molero and had quite fun with everyone in the class.

Unit 6. Job Interview

What happens during a "job interview"?
The interviewing process can be scary if you don’t know what to expect. All interviews fit a general pattern. While each interview will differ, all will share three common characteristics: the beginning, middle and conclusion.

What should I wear for my job interview?
Generally, it's a good idea to wear a suit for a job interview. Go with something simple, in a neutral tone. The more conservative your field is, the more conservative your suit should be. For example, if you're applying for a job in an investment firm, go with a navy blue or dark gray suit.

What are the key do's and don'ts for a great interview?
The key do's would be, good eye contact, Great Handshake to your interviewer, Smile, Show enthusiasm, ask about the job before leaving since the interviewer will not be expecting that it will make a nice impression, etc.
The key dont's would be, Try not to invade their space such as, Desk, not talking without being ask about something.

How do I handle an interview in a restaurant or cafe?
Most important thing here is to keep focus on your interview and the interviewer dont get distracted with anything else, try speaking an audible level, know how to handle your dining etiquette

What do I do when more than one person is interviewing me?
Its really important you adapt your comunication style to both of those individuals, so your interviewers can feel really involved in the interview and with yourself.

How can I rescue an interview that I know is going poorly?
Its not a bad idea to ask the interviewer what can we do to make the interview a great experience for both of you, also asking what can you do to contribute alot for the company, also regroup your thoughts by letting them lead the interview.

What are good tips for a telephone interview?
These can be really tricky because there is no way to see body language or face expressions from your interviewer so you are gonna have to be high energetic, upbeat so the interviewer takes a nice first impression from the way you speak, also asking the interviewer what are they really looking for in terms of position.

Can a potential employer ask me to take a lie detector test?
Lie Detector is illegal 99% of the time, the only time they can ask you to take lie detector is if you are applying to some goberment position, thats the only time where they can ask you to take lie detector because they really need to know if you are a reliable person for the goberment.

What are illegal questions that an employer should not ask me?
Interviewers are not allowed to ask about family status, culture status, child birth status, gender or anything like that is not allowed.

How do I handle the end of the interview?
Thats the best opportunity to shine in the interview is when you can look your employer into the eyes and impress him with asking them any question they are not expecting for example, may i have the job? they are clearly not expecting that and if you did really well in the interview you might end getting the job right away!

What do I do if an employer doesn't call me back after an interview?
Don't be shy about calling them, is very important to very proactive about your carreer search so don't wait, sometimes they might be busy, might be out of town or maybe interviewing other people, its really important to keep your resume and your name in their mind while making a decision, also a thanking letter after having your interview could help alot.

Air Pollution !

Electronic Point of view solution.

Electrostatic Air Cleaner

My Slogan for this task.

Care for the world as he gives the same care back!

2. The Problem.
When people think about air pollution, they usually think about smog, acid rain, CFC's, and other forms of outdor air pollution. But did you know that air pollution also can exist inside homes and other buildings? It can, and every year, the health of many people is affected by chemical substances present in the air within buildings.

3. Methodology.
I used web information about air pollution and purification tecniques of air. We selected the most effective solutions that everybody can use in order to get a best quality live.

4. My Engineering Solution.
For this several problem, I, like estudents of electronic engineer, propose a device called Electrostatic Air Cleaner,This device was invented by Dr. Frederick G Cottrell, is a particulate collection device that removes particles from a flowing gas (such as air) using the force of an induced electrostatic charge. Electrostatic precipitators are highly efficient filtration devices that minimally impede the flow of gases through the device, and can easily remove fine particulate matter such as dust and smoke from the air stream. In contrast to wet scrubbers which apply energy directly to the flowing fluid medium, an ESP applies energy only to the particulate matter being collected and therefore is very efficient in its consumption of energy (in the form of electricity).
